Chamber of Commerce honors the best trainees

The IHK Chamber of Commerce Schwerin honored the best trainees of the year 2025 in a ceremony last week. Mecklenburg Pomeraria´s Miinister of Economic Affairs Wolfgang Blank presented PRIMACYT´s Alexander Sattler with the certificate and also congratulated our trainer Melissa Thiede on this great achievement.

Alexander was even able to shorten his training by one year due to his good previous knowledge and performance and is already the second PRIMACYT Trainee to be honored in this way after Julian Krinitskij.

“We started training young people in our company as biology laboratory technicians twelve years ago. Our first trainee backk then was Melissa Thiede, who is now responsible for the training herself,” said Dieter Runge, Managing Director of PRIMACYT. “Melissa is doing a great job, I am very proud of her, Alexander and all the trainees who have learned with us so far.”

Alexander remains loyal to PRIMACYT, joins the laboratory team, takes on routine tasks in cell culture and works together with Kim Damrau on further development of our skin products. Erik Standfuß, our new apprentice, has already started his training at PRIMACYT and is well on the way to completing his three-and-a-half-year-apprenticeship.
